Dear Ferran,

I’d like to have supper in El Bulli. I’ve been to 6 of the great restaurants and there are still 3 left: El Bulli, Akelarre and Martin Berasategui. You are the first on the list.

I choose Arzak and Sant Pau as the best I visit. AMAZING.

Arzak: Surprising (it was the first great restaurant I visited). Quality, quantity and variety. At the end of the supper there came Juan Mari to greet each one. Very nice.

Sant Pau: Excellent. Avant-garde, delicious, sophisticated and with a sublime elegance. At the end of the supper there also came Carme to greet us.

Can Fabes: No comments. Unsubstantial. I won’t go again.

I hope to value soon your restaurant and surrender to your cuisine.
